WEATHER BLOG: Monday

Tropical moisture today into tomorrow with showers and heavier thunderstorms around. There will be some activity around this morning, then redevelopment again this afternoon but the heaviest will hold off tonight. Additional showers and thunderstorms will form again tomorrow with the approach of a cold front. This boundary will slide just to the south later tomorrow or tomorrow night. But the front lifts back to the north on Wednesday with more clouds moving in later.

On Wednesday night there will be showers and thunderstorms moving back into the area along this front and the associated low pressure area. A front will move over the region on Friday and could slide to the south. There is still a risk for a shower or thunderstorm on Friday, but the best chance for rainfall will be to the south of the city. On Saturday we'll have to watch for more showers and thunderstorms with the approach of another low pressure.
