Death Of Baltimore Toddler Last Year Ruled Homicide

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Police say the November 2014 death of a 20-month-old boy has been ruled a homicide.

On Monday, authorities say Pernell Morris died of malnourishment and neglect.

Officers were called to a home in east Baltimore in November on a report of a child not breathing. Morris was taken to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Police say they haven't identified any suspects or made arrests.
