Niagara Bottled Water Recalled In Multiple Md. Stores

ALLENTOWN, PA (WJZ)-- Niagara Bottling, LLC is issuing a recall for bottle water products that were produced at either the Hamburg or Allentown, Penn. facilities from June 10-18.

The water supply was found to contain E. coli bacteria which can make people sick. Symptoms include diarrhea, cramps, nausea, headaches or other symptoms.

At this time no one has reported illness due to drinking the water, due to the timely manner that the spring source reported it.

The products that could be contaminated are:

Acadia, Acme, Big Y, Best Yet, 7-11, Niagara, Nature's Place, Pricerite, Superchill, Morning Fresh, Shaws, Shoprite, Western Beef Blue, and Wegmans.

To determine if your product may be affected, check the back of the bottle that has the place, date, and time that the product was made. The affected products will have a code that begins with the letter F or A. The next two numbers are the day, then the month will be in letters, then the year and time.
