Pete Gillen is the CBS Sports Network’s college basketball analyst.

Pete joined Ed and Steve to talk about the NBA Draft and who are the winners and losers.

Pete started off by talking about Karl Anthony Towns going number one instead of Jalil Okafor saying “Towns is very versatile he can shoot the ball from the outside and he is very active…Okafor is a great player also but Towns is slightly better because of his defensive ability.” Ed asked Pete about his Knicks taking Kristaps Porzingis and whether or not it was a good pick saying “I think he has a tremendous upside, 5 or 6 years he may be one of the top guys in the NBA.” Pete also talked about what the Wizards did in the draft and if they made a solid choice to help them possibly advance further in the playoffs next season.
