BALTIMORE (AP) — A man who prosecutors say was a volunteer youth group leader at a Baltimore County church has pleaded guilty to distribution of child pornography.
Sixty-three-year-old Gregory Wayne Gibson of Cockeysville entered the plea Tuesday in federal court in Baltimore.
READ MORE: First Alert Forecast: Severe Thunderstorms May Move Into The Area MondayProsecutors say in July 2014, a detective with Baltimore County Police downloaded a file containing child pornography that Gibson had made available through a file sharing program.
Authorities say in April of this year, police raided Gibson’s home and found digital media that contained 260,000 images and videos of child pornography.

Gibson faces a minimum mandatory of five years in prison at sentencing on Oct. 26.
