ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Annapolis Police say a 12-year-old boy was stopped for driving a stolen car, with his 14-year-old brother as a passenger.
It happened about 9:15 p.m. Monday. Police say a security guard saw a car driving slowly with its trunk open and headlights off. Officers say the car stopped and two boys, ages 12 and 14, got out.READ MORE: Fourth Of July Festivities Began In Baltimore County Sunday Evening
