Jon Meoli is the writer of the Baltimore Sports Blitz blog at the Baltimore Sun.

Jon joined Ed and Steve to talk about the Ravens as they head toward pre-season game number two in Philadelphia.

Steve asked Jon about the brawl that occurred yesterday between the Ravens and Eagles that Eagles quarterback Tim Tebow helped to break up. Jon noted that it was not a very newsworthy instance, “by all accounts it wasn’t as huge of a deal as it was made out to be, everyone wants the chance to write about Tim Tebow.”

Ed asked Jon about his thoughts on Ravens wide receiver Michael Campanaro so far this preseason. Jon has been impressed with his performance saying, “he’s quietly had a really good camp. He can be a really good asset for the team in the slot, its all about whether he can stay healthy.”

Jon continued by discussing the injury concerns regarding rookie wide receiver Breshad Perriman and the offensive line, as well as comparing a joint practice to a normal training camp practice and how teams go about operating a joint practice.
