Molly Shattuck Will Not Face Additional Charges In Baltimore County

OWINGS MILLS, Md. (WJZ) -- Former Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck will spend time behind bars in Delaware for the rape of a teenage boy. Now WJZ learns she will not face criminal charges in Baltimore County.

Jessica Kartalija with the latest on the county state's attorney's decision.

The decision follows an investigation by the police department on the alleged encounters that took place here in Maryland.

Molly Shattuck and her lawyer walked out of Baltimore police headquarters moments after she registered as a sex offender.

Now, WJZ has learned that after re-examining the case, Baltimore County State's Attorney Scott Shellenberger will not pursue criminal charges against her.

While a Delaware judge already sentenced Shattuck to 48 weekends behind bars for raping her son's 15-year-old friend a vacation home there, the initial search warrant, which WJZ was first to obtain, also contains allegations that Shattuck had liaisons with him in Columbia, Mount Airy and Owings Mills.

The Baltimore County encounters happened throughout July of last year.

According to that warrant, she would pick him up from his summer class at the McDonogh School and take him to the T. Rowe Price parking garage, where they would talk and eat and then get in the back of the car and kiss or make out.

The warrant also alleges she touched his genitals.

Shattuck will serve her prison time in Delaware on alternating weekends.

Shattuck gained fame as the NFL's oldest cheerleader. She was married to former Constellation Energy CEO Mayo Shattuck. They have three children together.
