OWINGS MILLS, Md. (WJZ) — The State Highway Administration announced Thursday it would be shutting down lanes on Reisterstown Road (MD 140) for six weeks, while it replaces a deteriorated culvert.
The work will begin Thursday, Sept. 24 around 10 p.m. just south of Painters Mill Road in Owings Mills. SHA is urging drivers to plan for extra travel time and to use alternate routes like I-795 or I-695 for trips between Owings Mills and Pikesville.
