Called Free Fall Baltimore, the city now has 70 different ways to promote free events this fall.

"In just two days the 10th annual Free Fall Baltimore celebration gets underway with free events and programming taking place practically every single day of October," Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake said.

"Dance in Bmore designed a program for parents and kids to dance together, play together and play together and play music together," Phillips said, "and Free Fall Baltimore gave us a platform to do that every weekend of the month in October."

"The most important four-letter word is FREE,"  she added, "and that's what it's all about in October.
