Steve Palazzolo On The Performance Of Joe Flacco So Far This Year

Steve Palazzolo is the Senior Analyst at Pro Football Focus and a contributor at ESPN.com.

Steve joined Ken and Steve to talk about the Ravens heading into the bye week, and if they can turn this season around.

Steve asked Steve how Joe Flacco has played this season. Steve acknowledged that Flacco has not looked as impressive as he did last year under Gary Kubiak, "it hasn't been great for Flacco. As impressed as I was with him last year he has struggled this year. He's been one of the worst in the league against the blitz, second worst to be exact, so not as smooth sailing as last year."

Ken asked Steve about how the Ravens receivers have played this year and where they have graded. "Kamar Aiken is grading OK, but he is what he is, which is a complimentary piece. Steve Smith Sr. had graded as the number 2 receiver in the NFL before his season ending injury. Beyond him the rest of the receiving core is composed of complimentary pieces."

Steve went on to discuss whether linebacker C.J. Mosley has regressed from year one to year two, how well punter Sam Koch and kicker Justin Tucker have performed, and which rookie tight end Maxx Williams or Nick Boyle has had a better season.
