Miguel Gonzalez Joins Orioles Hot Stove

Orioles starting pitcher Miguel Gonzales joined Jim Hunter and Roch Kubatko to recap the 2015 season and look forward to the 2016 campaign.

The starting rotation of the Baltimore Orioles took a step back in 2015 after having an excellent second half of the 2014 season in which the team won the American League East crown. Miguel Gonzalez was one of the pitchers who struggled this past season. Gonzalez ended the 2015 season with a 9-12 record and ERA of 4.91which was about a run and a half higher than his 2014 earned run average. In four seasons as an Orioles starter, Gonzalez is 39-33 with a 3.82 ERA. When asked about the consistency level of the Orioles starters, Gonzalez replied "Us as starters want to be as consistent as possible. That's always the goal."
