NTSB Reveals New Details From Gaithersburg Jet Crash
GAITHERSBURG, Md. (WJZ) -- The NTSB released new details from its investigation into a fatal jet crash in Montgomery County more than a year ago.
Investigators say the Ice Protection System on the corporate jet was not activated when it crashed into a house in Gaithersburg in December 2014.
The crash caused a fireball that gutted the home.
Marie Gemmell and her two young sons were inside.
Police say she died trying to protect them.
The pilot and two passengers also died in the crash.
