Annapolis Lifts State Of Emergency

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- Progress is being made in Annapolis and Anne Arundel County with snow removal, as the city's mayor announced that the state of emergency and level 2 snow plan have been lifted.

"While our Public Works crews continue to clear our roads, I want to thank our residents for their patience and understanding, as crews continue working 24 hours a day to get Annapolis up and running," Mayor Michael Pantelides said.

The end of the snow emergency means that Department of Public Works have sufficiently cleared Annapolis roads where residents can park on streets, including snow routes.
