Head coach of the Maryland Women’s Basketball team Brenda Frese joined the show fresh off a big win against conference foe Purdue.

She was impressed with her team’s effort against an unranked team that showed up to play. Shatori Walker-Kimbrough shot 17-21 from the field scoring 41 points for the Terps and Coach Frese says somehow it was a quiet 41 points. She also gave a lot of credit to the team’s execution for getting Shatori all those points. In true coach fashion, Brenda also tells us that she wants this type of play to stay more consistent and says there are areas for improvement, even after a 20 point win. The guys and Coach Frese also preview the team’s matchup with Michigan State coming up.

Listen in to find out how Coach feels about the health of her squad and how they are preparing to make it to a third straight Final Four!
