295 Reopens After Record Rainfall In Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The National Weather Service reported a record rainfall of 2.61 inches was set in Baltimore Wednesday.
This breaks a previous record of 1.7 inches set in 1979.
A severe storm system that left major damage in parts of Virginia, moved over Maryland Wednesday night.
Parts of 295 were still closed Thursday morning due to major flooding. All lanes are back open.
