Four Seasons Opens New Luxury Condos In Baltimore

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- It's luxury living at its finest and the first of its kind in Baltimore. Top of the line condominiums are now on sale above the most upscale hotel in Charm City.

"We're very proud of this," said Charlie Hatter.

Nineteen floors above the Inner Harbor.

"This is a gem in Baltimore around the Inner Harbor. People love the views; there's not a bad view on this property," said Hatter.

Hatter is director of sales for Prime Building Advantage, selling the Four Season's private residences.

"There are 62 total residences. We've sold a third of them thus far; they start in the million dollar range and up," Hatter said. "On the 27th floor are the club level amenities just for the owners, an infinity pool, dog walking park, masonry fire pit and grill areas, workout facilities, you name it. There are 12-30 foot trees and people have their own oasis on the top of the Four Seasons."
