Brian Kelly is the Head Coach of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish football program.

Coach Kelly joined Ed and Steve to talk about the Ravens’ first round pick, offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley, who is from Notre Dame.

Coach Kelly started off talking about what the Ravens are getting in Ronnie Stanley saying, “first of all, he’s somebody who can anchor your offensive line for a number of years. He gives you the athleticism you need to protect your franchise quarterback.”

Coach Kelly talked about what he loved about Stanley saying, “he has a great football IQ…he’s similar to Zack Martin who turned into a Pro Bowl player.”

Ronnie Stanley has dedication in the weight room and to the things he’ll need to work on to become the franchise left tackle the Ravens need. Coach Kelly also talked about how Stanley will likely be on the field and his durability through game-day and on the practice field.
