Maryland has two teams in the tournament entering the Final Four for the NCAA Lacrosse games this weekend.

Coach Toomey and the Loyola lacrosse team won 10-8 this weekend and joined Norris and Davis to talk about the win.

“It was a pretty clean game. It was typical of a Loyola vs Towson game…it was a defensive battle and it really, in my opinion, came down to extra possessions and I thought we were really good at it,” said Toomey.

Former Baltimore Ravens kicker Matt Stover’s son is a freshman goalie for the team and he’s been doing a “phenomenal job,” said Steve Davis. Coach Toomey agreed that Stover is “in many ways, he’s just like his father. He never worries about the last one, it’s always the next one. He really battles in there for us.”
