Still Not A Fan: Md. Governor's Opinion Of Trump Hasn't Changed
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- Donald Trump may be the presumptive GOP presidential nominee, but the lead Republican in Maryland isn't on board. Governor Larry Hogan says his opinion of Trump has not changed.

As Donald Trump gets closer to sealing the deal, more Republican leaders are getting on board his campaign. Governor Hogan is not one of them.
Governor Hogan told reporters in March: "I'm not a Trump fan. I don't think he should be the nominee."

On Thursday, WJZ asked again.
Warren: "Governor, what are your thoughts on the presidential primary and the presumptive nominee Donald Trump?"
Gov. Hogan: "My thoughts are pretty clear about that. I've talked about it ad nauseam for four or five months, my thoughts haven't changed. I have nothing more to add. I'm not involved in it, don't care to be involved in it, not going to endorse anyone and would rather focus on things here in Maryland."
"It's a mess," Hogan said in March. "I hate the whole thing." And by Hogan's standards, it's still a mess.
"I get the same questions every day. My answers are not going to change," the governor's said.
But does he think Trump is fit to be president?
"Well, I just said I'm not going to talk about Donald Trump anymore. I have nothing to do with Donald Trump," said Hogan.
Since, according to the governor, nothing has changed, he will not be attending the Republican National Convention.
Governor Hogan endorsed New Jersey Governor Chris Christie as the Republican presidential nominee. Christie is now part of Trump's campaign.
