Teen Falls 35-Feet From Annapolis Mall Parking Garage

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- A teenager has been seriously injured after falling from a parking garage at the Westfield Annapolis Mall.

The 17-year-old was leaving the movie theater at the time, according to Anne Arundel County police.

Authorities say the teen jumped over a wall, thinking the other side was the parking garage. Instead, he fell 35-feet to the ground below.

The teen was flown to an area hospital. His injuries are said to be serious, but not life-threatening.
