BALTIMORE (AP) — Three Baltimore police officers cleared of criminal charges in the death of Freddie Gray now face internal administrative reviews.
The Baltimore Sun reports that Montgomery County police are leading investigations to determine whether Lt. Baltimore police commissioner Ken Davis will decide whether to discipline the officers based on what the outside agencies conclude.
