BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore native, Michael Phelps, is chasing his 22nd career gold medal. Worried you’ll miss the historic race if you go to the Ravens game? No worries. The team will be showing their support by airing the race during the preseason game.

Fans inside M&T Bank Stadium for the preseason opener on Thursday night will also get to cheer on the Olympian.

The Ravens will air Michael Phelps’ 200-meter individual medley finals race on the RavensVision video boards during a commercial break of the matchup against the Carolina Panthers.

The race is scheduled for 10 p.m. Phelps has already won gold medals this year in the 200-meter butterfly and a pair of relays.
