Former Baltimore Synagogue Worker Sentenced on Child Porn Charges
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- A man who used to work at a Baltimore synagogue is sentenced to five years behind bars after pleading guilty to child pornography charges.
Jonathan Lewin, 46, pled guilty to possessing and distributing child pornography.
Officials say Lewin worked at the Ner Tamid Synagogue in Greenspring Valley, but say no children at the synagogue were involved.
Lewin must also register as a sex offender.
