Ryan Lochte To Appear On 'Dancing With The Stars'
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- USA Today recently shared that Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte has signed on to appear on Season 23 of "Dancing with the Stars."
The decision has not been publicly announced but USA Today is confident in its source, and Lochte is a bit preoccupied with the Brazilian police at the moment.
The last few weeks have been rough for Lochte, who admitted to fabricating a story about him and his teammates being robbed in Rio. Lochte was then dropped by all four of his major sponsors.
Lochte and the swimmers still face a hearing before a discipline commission of the International Olympic Committee. A date for that has not been announced, but if he is aiming to be on the show, that begins on Monday, September 12.
