WATCH: Cal Ripken Shows Olympic Gold Medalist His Crab-Picking Technique

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Cal Ripken, Jr. and Helen Maroulis may be a Hall of Famer and Olympic gold medalist in wrestling, respectively, but who's better at picking crabs?

Ripken, who owns the Aberdeen IronBirds, showed Maroulis a thing or two while she was at Ripken Stadium Thursday night to throw out the first pitch.

Maroulis, who's 24, may have just defeated the 13-time world champ and three-time reigning Olympic champ in the 53kg freestyle class in Rio, but Ripken, 56, can still best her when it comes to wrestling with steamed crabs.
