Arrest Made After Man Died From Fatal Head Shot

BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- City police arrest Erik Mullins, 35, in connection with the fatal shooting of 48-year-old John Davis.

Around 12:32 a.m. on July 30, 2015, officers responded to the 800 block of Seagull Avenue for a reported shooting.

Police discovered Davis suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died.

Mullins was arrested Tuesday and transported to Central Booking where he has been charged with first degree murder.
