BALTIMORE (WJZ)– Anne Arundel County Police arrested a naked man, who attempted to bite an officer, for burglary Wednesday.

Around 6:32 a.m., officers responded to Harmans Community for a report of a naked man walking through the neighborhood asking people for money.

Within minutes officers received a second call for a burglary by a naked man in the 1400 block of Cambia Court in Hanover.

The suspect was identified as 31-year-old Stephen Daniel Haynes.

Officers located the Haynes and arrested him peacefully. The victim positively identified Haynes as the burglar. The suspect was taken to an area hospital, where he attempted to bite an officer on the leg.

The officer was not injured. Once released from the hospital Haynes will be charged with fourth degree burglary, indecent exposure, and assault.
