The Maryland women’s basketball team will to represent U.S. in 2017 World University Games in Taiwan, which is essentially a version of the Olympic Games.

Ed and Rob were joined by head coach Brenda Frese to learn more about the opportunity for the team.

“on certain years, instead of selecting the twelve best players in the country, they select a team from a university. It’s only been done twice on the women’s side, so to be able to get that call and ask for the University of Maryland and our women’s team to represent the United States, it’s just a tremendous honor and one that we’re really thrilled about.”
