Turner is a 2014 third-round pick of the Miami Dolphins who started 14 games over the last two seasons, primarily at guard. The Ravens cut linebacker Chris Carter to make room for Turner.
The Ravens also signed guard Vladimir Ducasse earlier this week. Baltimore now has 10 offensive linemen on the roster.
This move comes after three starting offensive linemen missed practice Wednesday: Ronnie Stanley, Rick Wagner and Marshal Yanda.
