Buck Showalter Talks Pitching, Fields At Camden Yards & More On Hot Stove Show

Buck Showalter joined Roch Kutbako and Jim Hunter on the 105.7 Hot Stove Show to talk about the winter meetings, the new field at Camden Yards and what he's planning for the team in the 2017 season.

The Orioles have many positions that are solid. Buck says they're not on the lookout for short stop or a center fielder. "I think our pitching is in a lot better shape than people think, especially our bullpen. I'm going to concentrate as much as I can on the 25 guys we potentially have," said Buck.

Going to winter meetings, Hunter asked what it is the organization is looking for going into 2017. "The thing I always do is look from within. Before we start looking in someone else's yard, I'm going to look at the Mancini's and Sicso's and so on. We've done a good job with that," replied Buck.

But the elusive Buck said it's all about watching the market. There's certainly the possibility to keep Trumbo or Alavarez but "it's a moving target."

Buck Showalter also talked about the plans for the bull pen, the new fields at Camden Yards and more.
