Weather Blog: Chilly Weekend
High pressure is centered along the Mid-Atlantic coast this morning. Based on reports and webcams, a fairly widespread dusting to few-tenths of
snow fell across the northern quarter of the area.
Can`t totally rule out a few more flurries, but the accumulating snow should be ending. Cool conditions expected today as clouds stick around with temps in the mid to upper 30s and 40s across central VA/southern MD.
The impact of cloud cover on temperatures could be important as tonight`s precipitation unfolds. Thicker clouds in the north could limit rises above freezing.
