BALTIMORE (WJZ)– City police arrested a repeat offender Tuesday for possessing a handgun.

Around 3:30 p.m., officers were conducting an investigation in West Baltimore and recovered a loaded handgun in the rear of the 1500 block of McKean Avenue.

31-year old Earl Bowen was arrested and detectives learned he is prohibited from possessing a handgun.

He was transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility.
