Weather Blog: Dry, Cool Halloween Expected

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A seasonally dry and cool Halloween is on tap for the entire region.

Plenty of sun and a breeze at times on Tuesday, with highs in the mid to upper 50s.

During the evening, it will still be clear, and winds will become rather light, as temperatures will fall to the upper to mid 40s during the evening for later night trick or treaters!

So wear an extra warm outfit! Stay safe!
