UMD Independent Report Stops Short Of Calling Program 'Toxic'
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Details are out Thursday on the culture of the University of Maryland football program.
Our media partner the Baltimore Sun reported the review stops short of calling the program "toxic" but did find that players feared speaking out about their problems.
The report, which has not been publicly released yet, did not link the culture of the football program to McNair's death.
