Ocean City Officials Warn About Counterfeit Money
OCEAN CITY, Md. (WJZ) -- Authorities in Ocean City warned businesses to look out for counterfeit cash ahead of memorial day weekend.
Investigators said there were two reports of the fake money in the past week, including several $100 bills.
They said the bills are either marked as "play money" or have Chinese symbols on both sides. Police said the currency should also feel different than real money.
