Silver Alert Cancelled For Missing Hagerstown Man

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (WJZ) -- A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 77-year-old man from Hagerstown who suffers from a cognitive impairment.

Charles Robert Snyder was last seen around 10 a.m. Monday in the 700 block of Georgia Avenue in Hagerstown.

He is five-foot-seven and weighs 268 pounds,. He has gray hair and blue eyes.

He drives a gray 2010 Chrysler PT Cruiser with Maryland license plate 62788HT.
