Golden Ring Road Reopened After Baltimore County Police Investigate Domestic Situation
BALTIMORE Co., (WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police closed Golden Ring Rd. Friday morning between Wilenoak Co. and Akron Rd. The road was reopened around 8:45 a.m.
Officials said they were investigating a non-violent domestic situation. They said officers were called to the scene at 3:54 a.m. but when they arrived at the location, the residents refused to communicate with officers and tried to cancel the 911 call.
Drivers were told to use Kenwood Ave. between Golden Ring Rd. and Philadelphia Rd. as an alternative route.
Authorities said the situation was peacefully resolved.
