WASHINGTON (AP) — A second teen has been arrested and charged in an attack on two men outside a Washington, D.C., hotel.
Citing a District police statement, news outlets report a 15-year-old girl was arrested Thursday and charged with simple assault in July attack, which was recorded by a surveillance camera. A 17-year-old boy was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in the case last week. Authorities didn't immediately release their identities.

Video shows a teen punching one of the men, who then falls to the ground as more than a dozen teens beat him. Some repeatedly stomp on the man as the second man attempts to intervene and also is beaten. The men told police that the teens screamed "That's him," before attacking. They called it an apparent case of mistaken identity.
