Police Locate Guardian Of Missing Child Found On North Charles Street
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Police have located the guardian of a missing child found on North Charles Street on Tuesday afternoon.
Baltimore police officers found the child at around 9:30 a.m. without their guardian.
Major Rich Gibson confirmed on Twitter that a guardian had been located.
