Asian Gypsy Moth Egg Masses Discovered On Ships In The Port Of Baltimore
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Federal agents found nearly 150 incredibly destructive insects on four ships in the Port of Baltimore.
Asian gypsy moth egg masses were discovered by the federal agents.
These bugs could cause serious, widespread damage to the landscape and natural resources.
Customs and Border Protection agents said the ships arrived in Baltimore from Singapore, Great Britain, Spain, and Japan.
