NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) — A school board member in Delaware is facing felony charges that he sexually abused at least three juvenile victims.
New Castle County Police said Saturday they charged 41-year-old Ronnie Williams with 19 felonies. Investigators believe there may be more victims who haven’t been identified.
