Cashless Tolling Set To Begin At The Hatem Bridge

CECIL/HARFORD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- All electronic tolling is set to begin Wednesday at the Hatem Bridge in Cecil and Harford Counties.

Cash will no longer be accepted and there will be no stopping at the toll plaza.

Anyone without an E-ZPass will be charged by the new video tolling system.

State officials say this will cut down on congestion and save drivers money on gas.
