Mayor Jack Young Intends Move To Rename Courthouse East For Congressman Cummings
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Mayor Jack Young said he will move to rename the Courthouse East building in Baltimore after the late Congressman Elijah Cummings, a spokesperson confirmed.
A spokesperson for Young said that it, "is the Mayor's intention" to move to rename the building after Cummings.
The legislation would need to be approved by the Baltimore City Council.
