Volunteers Hand Out Over 2,000 Thanksgiving Baskets To Families In Towson
TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) — Helping those in need was the goal of the Assistance Center of Towson Churches, which handed out Thanksgiving baskets in Baltimore County.
Volunteers came out to the Trinity Episcopal Church in Towson on Monday for the Thanksgiving Basket Project.
More than 2,000 bags of food were prepared during the event.
Each bag also came with either a turkey or a gift card to purchase one.
