WESTMINSTER, Md. (WJZ) — A Carroll County man was found guilty Thursday of child sex abuse following a three-day jury trial.
Earlier this year, a child said that Matthew Little had inappropriate sexual contact with him over the course of five years, beginning when the victim was 8-years-old.
