Harford County School Board Approves Post Labor Day Start For 2020 Year

BEL AIR, Md. (WJZ) -- Students in Harford County will keep their few extra days of summer.

The Harford County School Board approved to start the 2020-21 school year after Labor Day on September 8.

The board had been considering starting classes on September 1, which is a week before Labor Day.

Several school districts around the state have also voted to change their start dates.
