Baltimore County Man Honored With Red Cross Award
CATONSVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- A first responder from Baltimore County is being recognized for his quick thinking at the scene of an accident.
Steven Stinchcomb, of Catonsville, received the American Red Cross Lifesaving Award for professional responders, the highest award given by the Red Cross.
He is credited with using his training to help save the life of a woman involved in a car accident on the beltway last year.
The American Red Cross Lifesaving Award program was established in 1911.
