BALTIMORE (WJZ) —  Police arrested a 26-year-old man on 1st-degree murder charges in the fatal shooting of a man in East Baltimore.

Arthur Holt was arrested in his house in Essex without incident.

On Monday April 6 at around 9:30 a.m., 20-year-old Dontrell Toliver of the 2400 block of Jefferson Street was shot in the 400 block of N. Montford Avenue.

Police arrested the first suspect, 33-year-old Keith Gladden the next day.

    Oh, mandatory sentence of what?????? Maryland has become a real State of the Art for SHOOTING. They need a MANDATORY sentence when it involves a GUN let alone a DOG GONE MURDER. You have a GUN……….7-10 years enough time for you to possibly think about it….HUH. Can we do that….give them, at least, time to think about what they have done.
