Missing Baltimore Man Richard Miller Last Seen August 16
BALTIMORE (WJZ) — Baltimore police are searching for Mr. Richard Miller.
He was last seen August 16 in the 3800 block of West Coldspring Lane, wearing blue jeans and a blue plaid t-shirt.
Police said he is 5'10" and weighs around 200 lbs. His car is described as a light gold 2012 Chevy Malibu with the Maryland tag WFJ077.
